Made the dough, sauce and all …😋 🍕🍕still tweaking recipes for the dough…got a pizza stone for the oven but recently read a pizza steel is better for a crispier crust and gets hotter than the stone so will try that next 😁 for this one I dropped it in the broiler for a few to get it a lil crispier on the bottom ….any tips on the best pizza steel or rise tips for the dough let me know 😁 usually do a 24-48hr cold than let sit out for an hour+ before making the pizza #pizza #homemade #nycstyle
